Mint Homes Real Estate charges 2% of the sale price to the seller and 2% to the buyer, plus 5% VAT. There are no listing fees and no paid placement.

What is included
- Revenue verification and a dated Verification Summary
- Listing with a Trakheesi permit, on the platform and on portals
- Data room, viewings and buyer handling
- Forms A, B and F, developer NOC coordination and the management contract assignment
- Coordination of the transfer at a DLD Registration Trustee office
Commission is only charged when a transaction completes. Where a partner operator referred a party, the partner is paid from our commission; it never increases your fee.
