Attribution rules
- A referral is logged on the platform before first contact.
- It is protected for 12 months from the date it is logged.
- If two partners claim the same party, the first logged referral applies.
- Nothing is paid if the transaction does not complete.
Regulatory note
Commission sharing in Dubai is regulated. The payout structure is being confirmed with DLD/RERA; depending on the outcome, payouts may be made only to partners holding a brokerage licence and ORN, under a RERA-accepted referral agreement, or as a fixed services fee. We will confirm the final terms in your partner agreement before any payout.
